I got this recipe from my mother in law. I'm not sure where she scored it, so the original source is unknown... but these cookies are a-ma-zin'!
Mix in bowl:
2 cups finely crushed graham crackers.
2 cups flour
1 teaspon baking powder
1/4 teaspon salt
Cream in separate bowl:
2 cubes of softened butter
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
2 large eggs, beaten
1 (7 oz) tub of marshmallow cream
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Then combine the dry ingredients with the creamed mixture. Mix together. Pat about 2/3 of the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Spread the marshmallow whip on next. Then sprinkle with chocolate chips. Next sprinkle the rest of the dough mixture over the top.
Bake at 350 (or 325 for metal or non stick pans) for 30 minutes or until done. Do not overbake.
You have been warned that these are ridiculously addicting and unhealthy to say the least. But... worth it??? YES.

I do a corny little thing each week that I call "Mimic Monday." Every Monday, I have been posting an inspiration outfit on my FB page, and then at some point throughout the week, I put together a look using my own take & closet's hidden resources. (P.S. I think I will start posting them here instead!) Mimic Monday has been so
challenging rewarding! I am to get dressed & accessorized at least once each week, :) a task that is sometimes embarrassingly hard for a momma! It has been exciting to pull out some old pieces of clothing that I had banished to the back of my closet. My bad... welcome back, old wardrobe friends! For a quick catch up, here are some of my Mimic Monday looks...
